PAY RANGE: $102 - $112/hr.

Job Description:
This role is to provide program support for a high-performing, fast-paced Growth/PLG leadership team that drives data-driven strategy across the organization. Program management serves as a critical driver in driving cross-functional teams, Exec reporting associated with OKR targets, and a data science team with an ambitious strategic roadmap.

Duties:

• Planning, Scheduling, and Execution: Create and update parallel program frameworks and timelines, manage execution, ensure alignment on milestones, identify and manage dependencies, and mitigate risks
• Coordination and Communication: Provide clear, concise, and regular updates to leadership, stakeholders, and team members, facilitate cross-functional team meetings, drive priority and act as a liaison among contributing teams
• Documentation and Reporting: Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and appropriately stored, create and distribute regular progress reports highlighting key achievements, risks, and next steps
• Metrics, Process Scaling, and Opportunity Assessment: Develop clear mechanisms to track and report metrics, standardize scalable processes for growth initiatives, and build frameworks to help the team evaluate new product and marketing opportunities
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks proactively, develop mitigation strategies, maintain a risk register, and ensure effective risk communication and management

• Strong organization and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously, especially when priorities shift rapidly
• bility to recognize ambiguity and align on a decision-making framework, drive conversations to bring clarity, and enable decisions to be made in a timely manner

Education:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree and/or an advanced degree in a related field or equivalent
• 8-10+ years of relevant experience
