Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud implementations to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.

This role requires deep technical acumen, strong stakeholder management skills, and proven ability to drive large-scale Salesforce programs from strategy through execution. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Implementation Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud programs, including planning, execution, and launch readiness.
  • Drive implementation strategy, technical alignment, and delivery milestones.
  • Oversee cross-functional execution across product, engineering, business, and operations teams.
Technical & Product Strategy

  • Partner with architects and engineers to align Salesforce solutions with enterprise technical strategy.
  • Support solution design reviews and ensure alignment with platform best practices.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable technical roadmaps.
Stakeholder & Executive Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment and resolve competing priorities.
  • Provide clear status reporting, risk updates, and executive-level communications.
Process Optimization & Governance

  • Develop and refine intake queue management processes.
  • Establish scalable program governance frameworks.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across Salesforce programs.
Risk & Issue Management

  • Proactively identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage issue escalation paths across technical and business teams.
  • Ensure program delivery aligns with timelines, scope, and budget expectations.
Metrics & Performance Tracking

  • Define and track program KPIs and success metrics.
  • Monitor adoption, performance, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership for decision-making.
Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise programs.
  • Strong technical acumen with understanding of Salesforce architecture and integrations.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and executive communication.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across business and engineering.
  • Strong risk management and issue resolution capabilities.
