Speech-Language Pathologist (Hybrid)
Pearland, TX | Full-Time (30-40 hours/week) | $2500 Sign on Bonus

At Cole Health, we're looking for a skilled CCC-SLP who is passionate about providing high-quality care while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.
This hybrid role is designed for clinicians who value flexibility, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow-while continuing to focus on hands-on pediatric therapy.
Compensation (W2 | Pay Per Visit)
- Treatment Visits: $30-$38 per 30 minute visit (equivalent to $60-$76/hour)
- Evaluations: $80 per evaluation
- SLPA/CF Supervision: $50 per supervision session
- Meetings: $25 per hour
