Salary Range $19.00 - $23.00 Hourly Job Shift Graveyard

Description

Shift Schedule: 2nd shift - Monday through Thursday, 3:30 P.M. - 2:00 A.M., with some overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance services on all mechanical systems equipment and components
• Repair equipment, as needed.
• Perform facility repair, as needed.
• Meet with Vendor/contractors at Allen & Plano locations for out sourced repairs
• Maintain preventive maintenance logs on all equipment and systems
• Pick up parts from Vendors/contractors
• Welding
• Replace worn components before mechanical breakdown occur
• Maintain and take periodic inventory parts, materials, and components
• Cross-train other personnel (custodial and maintenance) in visual and sound inspection of equipment to gain a timely reporting response to system trouble.
• Perform other duties as requested.
• Reports To: Chief Engineer

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Completion of trade school of the following trades:
• Tableting press preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Automatic or semi- automatic encapsulation machines preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Auger filler machine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ribbon Blenders, V-Blender preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• HVAC
• Pneumatic controls
