CNC Trainee (Monday-Thursday 2nd shift & Friday-Sun 1st shift and Friday-Sun Overnight Shift)
2nd shift- Monday-Thursday 3pm-1:30am+OT + $1.00 Shift Differential- 3 associates needed
Weekend 1st Shift- Friday-Sun 4:30am-5pm+OT - 2 associates needed
Weekend 2nd shift (overnight)- Friday-Sun 430pm-5am+OT + $2.00 Shift Differential- 1 associate needed
- Prior knowledge & experience with CNC Machines
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Pay $21-$24 an hour
Interview- 1 on site interview
Looking for at least 2 years of CNC experience for this position. If under 2 years experience, could get hired on as Process Operator ($20-21/hr). Once candidate has 2 years of CNC Trainee experience, then can get promoted to CNC Specialist (they have 3 CNC Specialists retiring within the next 2 years so room for growth)

CNC Trainee
Position Summary:
Training position to learn to perform major adjustments and set-ups on CNC machines in department.
Processes parts through machining and related operations.
Qualifications:
• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to use and interpret calipers and micrometers
• Ability to read
• Ability to learn to interpret orders
• High level of manual dexterity
• Ability to use and apply required forces (i.e.: 40 lbs of material lifting)
• Ability to use tools
• Excellent work record (i.e.: Attendance, Attitude and Productivity)
• Willing to work overtime as required
Responsibilities:
• Performs simple adjustments and set ups on CNC machines
• Performs simple CNC programming
• Performs simple operations on machines to produce/machine parts
• Checks parts for correct measurements to verify conformance to specifications
• Work efficiently to attain realization goals
• Follow regulatory agency (FDA, UL or ISO) standards or policies
