Rainbow Shops - - Responsibilities: Create and promote a friendly, professional environment with customers, supervisors, and co-workers.; Maximize store volume in accordance with all store and Company goals, policies, procedures, etc.; Recruit, interview, select and hire store associates.; Recommend associates for promotion and salary adjustments. Recommend underperforming associates for performance improvement, discipline and/or termination.; Ensure customer service is being maintained throughout the business day.
