What Youll Be Doing

• Convert high-volume inbound leads into closed loan opportunities
• Structure and guide borrowers through investor and consumer mortgage solutions
• Manage a fast-moving pipeline with strong follow-up and speed-to-lead
• Deliver a seamless borrower experience from application through funding
• Collaborate closely with processing, underwriting, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance while maintaining efficiency and production goals
• Provide feedback to improve workflows, turn times, and overall borrower experience
• Contribute to building a best-in-class lending platform

What Were Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer / Originator
• Proven success in converting inbound leads and closing loans
• Experience with investor loan products (DSCR, Fix & Flip, RTL) is required
• Strong understanding of loan structuring and underwriting guidelines
• Proficiency with CRM systems, LOS platforms, and pricing engines
• Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment

Preferred Experience

• Active NMLS license (required for consumer loan origination)
• Background in a startup or high-growth lending environment
• Familiarity with capital markets, pricing models, and investor loan products
• Experience working with real estate investors or attending industry events

Compensation: $60,000 base salary plus commission

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
