Duration: 12 months
Payrate: $20.45/hr. ( All Inclusive)
Schedule: Weekend (Fri-Sun, 12-hour shifts)

• Day: 6 AM -6 PM
• Night: 6 PM -6 AM

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Operator to support production operations in a fast-paced cleanroom manufacturing environment.
This role involves mechanical and electronic assembly of advanced technology components.

Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electronic assembly using hand and torque tools
• Assemble components such as circuit boards, motors, and optical assemblies
• Conduct soldering, wiring, inspection, and repair work
• Follow detailed work instructions and technical drawings
• Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards
• Work in a cleanroom environment with PPE

Required Skills

• 2+ years of mechanical/electronic assembly experience
• Experience with soldering and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP/CMES or similar systems
• Technical certification or Associate degree

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long hours (8-12 hours)
• Repetitive hand movements and fine assembly work
• Ability to lift light to moderate materials
