The Senior Learning Systems Professional will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and governance of learning management systems, learning analytics, and other technology workflows to support skilling and capability development for the Tech organization. This role balances ownership of learning platforms and workflow automation with hands-on learning design and delivery to ensure scalable, effective skilling solutions.

The Senior Learning Systems Professional configures, integrates, and implements continuous improvement of the Learning Management System (LMS), learning vendor tools, and workflows to support skilling and capability development for the Tech organization. This position designs, develops, and deploys learner-centered, technology-enabled solutions such as eLearning, job aids, labs, and knowledge resources that advance technical and professional capabilities. Leveraging learning analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools, the role measures effectiveness, improves efficiency, and drives measurable business outcomes. This position also builds and automates workflows for learning intake requests and other processes to improve productivity and collaboration solutions.

Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role performs moderately to highly complex work requiring sound judgment in determining objectives, priorities, and approaches. The Senior Learning Systems Professional partners closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and leadership to consult on learning needs, influence the Tech skilling roadmap, and ensure learning solutions align with organizational priorities and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Independently design and developlearning solutions(e.g.,eLearning courses and skilling modules), creatinguser interfaces, audio, video, graphics, and animations.

  • Manageand updatelearning managementsystem(LMS), configurecourse components and ensurecoursecompatibilityuploads,provide troubleshooting and technical LMS support, and track learning analytics.

  • Manage learning vendor systems, monitoring licenseallocation, troubleshooting, and informingstrategyon how to maximize usageacrossTech.

  • Apply consultative skillsand influence without direct authorityto build solution-focused partnershipsthat improve learning systems and workflows.

  • Design, develop, andmaintainSharePoint sites to streamline information sharing, intake, and knowledge management.

  • Buildand automate system workflows using tools such as SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate.

  • Analyze learning analytics aligned to business metrics andKPIs andbuild and manage reporting dashboards.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, andTechteams to assess learning needs,conduct content reviews toensure alignment between learning solutions and businessobjectives.

  • Partners with Associate Director to develop, refine, and prioritize the skilling roadmap, aligning future skills training withTechneeds.?

  • Partners with Associate Director?to provide consulting on incoming learning requests for Techcolleagues.?

  • Manages thesharedmailbox.?

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree?in Instructional Technology, Educational Design, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience?of?successfulend-to-end learningdesign, development and implementationdeliveringvarious?learning?solutions(e.g.,?ILT, VILT,?eLearning, job aids,microlearning).?

  • 5+yearsexperiencein Learning Management systems administration, such as Cornerstone?OnDemand or similarapplication.

  • 3+ years of experience?designing and delivering learningsolutionsin a corporate environment.?

  • 2+ years of experience designing, managing, and/or administrating productivity, workflowsand collaboration tools such as SharePointsites, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365 applications.

  • 2+ yearsanalyzingandreporting learningmetrics, business metrics, and/or KPIs on dashboards such asPowerBI, Tableau, or similarapplications.

  • Proficient in creating and editing multimediaeLearning assets using industry-standard tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Animate, Audition,?Captivate, Express, Illustrator, Photoshop) ande-learningdevelopment platforms such as Articulate 360?and Adobe Captivate.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and manage learning projects effectively, including timelines, stakeholder communicationas well as definingand mitigatingrisks and issues.??

  • Highly organized with?demonstrated?ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.?

  • Demonstrated experience of?adult learning theory,?instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM),e-learning standards,and performance improvement?approaches.?

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness?of?all activities.?

  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and contribute to organizational strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience usingGenAI or GenAI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, Synesthesia, Articulate)to informlearning designwork.

  • Proven work experience as a SharePoint Administrator

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Planner, JIRA Align, MS Project or similar platforms) is a plus.

  • Certification in instructional design tools or methodologies (e.g., ATD, CPTD, Kirkpatrick).

  • Experience delivering learning solutions within IT/Techenvironments or fortechnicalprofessionals.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$71,100 - $97,800 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
