Superintendent

This role is responsible for leading all on-site construction activities, including managing subcontractors and providing direct oversight of project planning, coordination, sequencing, and site utilization. The position requires a strong understanding of interior commercial construction practices and construction documents, along with the ability to execute layout, alignment, and installation of all project elements while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient job site.

The individual ensures strict adherence to safety and quality control standards, maintains an active on-site presence aligned with project needs, and proactively engages in problem-solving with subcontractors, architects, and clients. They bring a deep understanding of local jurisdictions, inspections, and compliance requirements, while also managing costs related to field execution and fostering positive working relationships across the project team.

As a Senior Superintendent, this role consistently delivers successful project outcomes on projects exceeding $25 million in revenue. The individual also plays a key role in business development by building and maintaining strong relationships with building personnel, end users, and architects, while mentoring and developing Project Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents through hands-on leadership, coaching, and training.

Additionally, the role supports office staff with RFIs, submittals, and project meetings, while communicating key issues and updates to clients and architects. The individual remains highly responsive to all project communications and upholds Pacific Builders' values in all decisions and interactions.

Project Manager

This role is responsible for managing all financial and administrative aspects of construction projects, including subcontractor review and buyout, change orders, work orders, scope evaluation, and invoicing. The position requires a strong understanding of cost control, contract management, and construction documentation to ensure alignment between scope, budget, and execution.

The individual leads OAC and project coordination meetings, providing timely, detailed reporting with clear notes and action items. They are accountable for delivering projects on schedule and in a manner that drives client satisfaction and repeat business, while thoroughly reviewing submittals, samples, and shop drawings to maintain quality and compliance.

This role maintains an active field presence, conducting regular site walks to assess safety, quality, and progress, while providing direct feedback to project teams. They communicate effectively across stakeholders and provide senior leadership with concise updates on project performance, risks, and challenges.

The position requires successfully managing three to four concurrent projects totaling at least $20 million annually. Reporting to the Vice President of Construction, this individual remains highly responsive and upholds Pacific Builders' values in all decisions and interactions. Job 59008
