JOB SUMMARY
The Town of Little Elm is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Court Clerk. This position performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties in support of the Municipal Court, under the direction of the Court Administrator. The Court Clerk will have frequent interaction with the public both in person and over the phone, providing assistance regarding citations, complaints, and other court-related matters. Responsibilities include receiving and recording payments for court fees and fines, preparing and routing court documents, and ensuring accurate filing and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is organized, thorough, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
