Are you ready to build your career by joining a healthcare provider? If so, our client is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter.

Position Type:

  • Contract to Hire
  • Hybrid - 2 days in office (Tuesday & Thursday), Wednesday is site visit day; Monday & Friday are remote days.
Required:
  • Must have high volume recruiting experience.
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Customer service and account management experience.
  • Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Must be local to Denver - will travel to Avista, Castle Rock, Littleton, Parker and Porter but be based out of Centennial (Denver Tech Center).
  • Training is 2 weeks: Week 1 in office the full week. Week 2 partially in the office depending on schedules. Week 3 taking on service line assigned.
  • Understanding of ATS Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency with social networking and internet vehicles and tools such as emails, search engines, social media, blogs job boards.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • RPO/Agency experience preferred.
  • Certification in Talent Acquisition through HCI, NAHCR, and RACR preferred.
  • HR Certification through HCI or SHRM preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans and potential retirements.
  • Develops strategy to acquire talent to assure vacancies are kept to facility specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed.
  • Learns and articulates the business line to market positions to potential candidates.
  • Uses an intake process with hiring managers, develops recruitment plan and sets SLA's.
  • Sources and recruits to develop candidates. Develops skills to pre-close candidates during candidate intake.
  • Using Behavioral Interview techniques, interviews, resumes, credentials reviews and assessments, determines candidates who are a mission fit, meet the minimum knowledge, skills and abilities to be a good fit for the position.
  • Ensure Behavioral Assessments are completed and reflective of the quality hire expected to meet competencies.
  • Prepares salary offers and receives approval of the hiring managers.
  • Prepares and extends the job offer, sign on bonuses, seasonal agreement, relocation agreements and any other incentives. Manages counter offers as necessary.
  • Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives and corporate and facility policies and addresses applicant inquiries.
  • Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in applicant tracking system.
