Shipping & Receiving Bilingual
SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Shipping & Receiving Associates for a company in The Colony TX area. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory management, and returns processing in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable using shipping systems and basic computer tools.
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation starting at $15.00/hour, with performance evaluations every 30-60 days for potential pay increases based on attendance and progress.Available shift Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Saturdays required during peak season)
Shipping & Receiving Associate Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
• Prepare packages and create shipping labels using UPS and FedEx systems
• Maintain and track inventory, ensuring proper stock organization
• Process returns, including documentation, credits, and shipping labels
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies or damages
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse and shipping areas
• Communicate with team members using Google Drive, Slack, and email
• Follow company procedures for shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Support general warehouse operations as needed

Shipping & Receiving Associate Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred
• Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping platforms required
• Basic computer skills (Google Drive, Slack, email)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Frequent bending, lifting, and moving of packages
• Ability to lift items as required in a warehouse setting
