Oxford Solutions is hiring an Entry Level Finance Marketing Analyst to join our client's Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to start a career in finance or marketing operations within a dynamic, collaborative environment.

This hybrid role requires working onsite two days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

What You'll Do

• Support the Marketing FP&A team with forecasting, purchasing, and accrual processes
• Review and process requisition requests for assigned marketing channels
• Coordinate with Procurement and Payables teams to manage purchase orders and monitor payments
• Verify expense coding accuracy to support proper forecasting and month-end close
• Partner with Marketing, Procurement, and Payables teams to ensure smooth financial operations
• Manage assigned tasks independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
