Volunteer Responsibilities

Assist with blood donor registration, maintain appointment flow, maintain canteen, monitor for reactions, assist with appointment reminders and future registrations.

Project Details

Your help is needed at blood drives! From start to finish, Donor Ambassadors provide a friendly face for blood donors, whether they're greeting and registering donors at check-in or thanking them for rolling up their sleeves and donating lifesaving blood at the refreshments table.

Requirements:

• Volunteers must be 16+ years old.
• Must be willing and able to complete training shifts and two or more blood drive shifts a month for at least three months.
• Must be an excellent communicator with a service mindset.
• Must be flexible to adapt to the changing needs of the blood to drive throughout the day.
