Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group in partnership with a growing mortgage company is seeking to hire Loan Officers! As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting loan applicants to secure the right mortgage for the customer. The ideal candidate will have an activeMLO license with a minimum of 1 year of experience in self-generated mortgage lending experience, a strong record of building and retaining a client list and is passionate about providing a great customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a robust referral network by partnering with local realtors, builders, and community leaders to drive new business growth.
- Deliver a high-touch borrower experience, managing every interaction to ensure a smooth, seamless journey from application to closing.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, evaluating the advantages of various loan products to find the optimal financing solution for their needs.
- Uphold rigorous quality standards, ensuring all loan origination activities remain in strict alignment with state and federal regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of 1 year as a self-generating mortgage lending experience
- High school or GED
- Active MLO license with the NMLS and state
