Job Title: Packer FLSA Status: Hourly Department: Operations

SUMMARY: The Packer plays a key role in the Operations Department by efficiently and accurately packaging protein products in accordance with company standards and customer specifications. This position involves working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail, adherence to food safety regulations, and commitment to product quality are essential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Place product into primary packaging
• Inspecting packages, marking and label product
• Set up and maintain work area
• Utilizing TI screens
• Equipment usage to label product
• Pack product by specifications
• Work with team members to ensure maximum productivity
• Communication and responsibility for reporting any food safety and food quality related issues to Lead, Supervisor or Management
• Follow the company's GMP policy
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe work area
• Follow safe work practices including wearing all required PPE in designated areas
• Work weekends and flexible hours
• Perform other duties assigned
