Our Client, a Mass Media and Entertainment company, is looking for a Streaming Analyst for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
The Owned Media team drives the execution of all promotional campaigns across owned and operated linear and digital platforms for the full client portfolio.
The Analyst, Streaming provides crucial insights on the performance of promotion to our direct-to-consumer streaming apps.
The Analyst will work with the manager and coordinator as well as a broader insights team and will be expected to analyze campaigns that leverage 1st and 3rd party data and maintain up-to-date tracking documents, provide feedback for campaign optimization, and build out and refine media plans for connecting with intended audiences.
This role is critical to ensuring campaigns are optimized to drive business outcomes and requires a high level of precision, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Track, analyze, and report on O&O campaigns, transform data into insights, develop and maintain data reports, collab on designation of A/B Testing with Marketing, build out best practices for platform, Support Ad-Hoc analysis projects.
Support DTC strategy (acquisition and engagement, overseeing execution, strategy, targets, pacing and delivery) and analysis across all tactics.
Monitor campaign performance and conduct data analysis for both linear and digital media efforts.
Devise optimization for all streaming campaigns utilizing key performance metrics. Provide campaign recommendations for effective use of digital assets.
Lead development of post analysis for all campaigns ensuring the story is clear with key takeaways and recommendations. Oversee maintenance of performance reports to track, monitor, and analyze marketing efforts across all platforms.
Lead/provide support for ad hoc projects or urgent/last minute requests as necessary
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with prior experience in interpreting data.
This is not a creative or product development role, but rather one focused on leveraging analytics to inform media planning and execution.
Confidence with Numbers & Data
2+ years of experience; Familiarity with projection formulas, communicating process and findings, building decks, etc.
Familiarity with Audience Growth and Targets
2+ years of experience; Campaign optimization experience.
Digital Marketing Analytics experience
Experience with broadcast log scheduling and media operations is highly preferred.
Tableau experience
Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, or data science preferred
Highly motivated individual who takes initiative and has a positive demeanor.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and trafficking tasks.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively across various departments and levels of the organization.
Must be a fan/nerd of media and the media industry with a keen interest in how audiences consume and connect with titles, brands, and creators.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with media systems and platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Freewheel, and Nielsen tools.
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, experience with analytical tools/dashboards, bachelor's degree in math, statistics, or data science preferred
