Treasury Analyst

Where you'll work:

This is an onsite/hybrid position for applicants that live local. Our corporate office is located at 7440 S. Hwy 121 McKinney, TX 75070.

What you'll do:

We are seeking a highly motivated Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team. This role plays a key part in supporting and optimizing our banking structure, cash management operations, and treasury-related initiatives. You will interact with internal stakeholders and external banking partners to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of the Treasury functions.

• Support and enhance the company's banking infrastructure across M&A activities and field operations.
• Manage the full lifecycle of bank accounts, including account setup, maintenance, closures, and updates to reporting structures in coordination with bank partners.
• Monitor and manage daily cash positioning through online banking portals and treasury workstations.
• Prepare and maintain the annual bank fee budget; analyze monthly service charges (actuals vs. budget) and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and ensure timely response to bank compliance requests.
• Initiate and process domestic ACH and wire transfers and international wire transfers in compliance with dual control protocols.
• Drive savings by supporting credit card optimization initiatives, including data transmission enhancements and promotion of best practices.
• Collaborate on treasury-related projects and cross-functional initiatives that support company growth and operational efficiency.
• Provide analytical and administrative support to the Treasury and Accounting leadership and field operators.
• Assist in preparing the monthly cash flow forecast, supporting acquisition integration, and managing the surety and custom bond applications.

What we look for:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Accounting.
• Experience with Kyriba is a strong plus.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skillsable to convey complex financial information clearly.
• Must be a self-starter who is able to manage workload and prioritize deliverables to meet the company/management's needs in a fast-paced environment.
