Yesway - - Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees; Scheduling employees for shifts; Resolving store issues including customer concerns; Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise; Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste
