The Senior Analyst, Business Data & Systems is a newly created role that sits at the intersection of financial analysis, business intelligence, and IT systems management. Reporting to the VP - FP&A, this individual will serve as the primary owner of Walters' financial technology stack and data infrastructure, while simultaneously functioning as a hands-on data and financial analyst who transforms raw data into actionable insights for leadership. This is a high-impact position for someone who is equally comfortable configuring databases and API integrations as they are building executive dashboards or presenting variance analyses to the CFO.
