The position oversees daily office operations, ensuring an efficient and professional environment. This role provides administrative support to leadership and assists with assigned projects, communications, scheduling, and departmental coordination.
Manage day-to-day operations of the office to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Serve as the primary contact for office logistics, supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Provide administrative support to leadership and team members, including scheduling, travel coordination, and communication support.
Assist with assigned projects.
Maintain organization of office files, documents, and other materials.
Coordinate meeting preparation, agendas, and documentation for team activities.
Assist with onboarding logistics and employee-facing HR activities.
Support the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and departmental analytics.
Coordinate HR-related events, trainings, and internal communications.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years' administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, MVR check.
Must possess a valid State of Texas Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Human Resources or a related professional services environment.
Familiarity with HR processes, terminology, and confidentiality standards.
Proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office 365 tools.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in a standard office environment with regular interaction with employees, vendors, and visitors. Occasional attendance at meetings or events may be required.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally. Requires ability to use standard office equipment.
