Our client, a leading organization in the retail licensing sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be an essential part of the Licensing Support Department, assisting with business licensing processes across multiple retail locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and strong problem-solving abilities, enabling success within a dynamic and supportive environment.

What's the Job?

  • Perform data entry tasks by researching jurisdiction requirements on city, county, and state websites

  • Enter collected data accurately into the company database system

  • Support the submission of license applications to relevant jurisdictions

  • Respond to requests for additional information from stores or government agencies

  • Assist in maintaining organized records of licensing activities

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in data entry, licensing, or regulatory support

  • Proficiency with using a laptop and entering data into various systems

  • Basic skills in Excel and familiarity with online research

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management

  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well with others
