I'm currently partnering with a well-established Multifamily General Contractor that is actively hiring a Project Manager to support their growing pipeline of ground-up garden-style and podium projects across the North Dallas market.

• New Development Communities

Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination

• Work closely with ownership, architects, and field teams

• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost controls

• Support field leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction

• Experience managing ground-up multifamily projects preferred

• Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgeting, and project controls

• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain strong client relationships
