Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Degree in social work (degree level dependent on licensure requirement, see below).

Required Skills

• 1 year as Healthcare/Medical Social Worker.
• 1 year as Healthcare/Medical Case Manager.
• 2 years of counseling.

Preferred Skills

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) -or- Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker (LBSW) with a minimum of two years of social work experience.
• Must be current in the state of Texas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within ninety (90) days of start date.
• SAFE Level III Training Course completion required within six (6) months of start date.
