Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; Monitor customer and employee activity, observe for unusual behavior, and assist with access control, crowd management, and/or loss prevention support as directed by site procedures; Support closing and opening activities, check designated areas for security-related concerns, and communicate maintenance, hazard, and/or incident observations according to post orders
