The Indoor Air & Liquid Products business will serve Data Center Customers in North America. Our mission is to enable the world's data centers to operate efficiently and sustainably through innovative thermal management solutions. The Indoor Air & Liquid business will grow through selling products in the vertical as well as collaborating with other parts of the Data Center business to deliver systems to customers. The business will leverage global capabilities and strategic partnerships to deliver integrated, regionally optimized solutions. Make no mistake, this is a hyper growth business that will require an entrepreneur that can scale a business for the future.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance; MBA preferred. 3+ years of experience launching or scaling a new business or vertical. In data center infrastructure, modular construction, or high-growth technology sectors is a plus. 5+ years of experience in general management, in a high-growth environment preferred. Proven leadership and change management skills; ability to build and inspire cross-functional teams. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and financial acumen. Experience in developing talent and building organizational capability. Excellent communication skillsoral, written, and presentation. Ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Reports to the Data Center Group Vice President Americas. Member of the Americas executive leadership team; collaborates with other vertical Vice President/General Managers across the Data Center Vertical Leads a cross-functional team with direct in Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and indirect reports in Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR. Travel: Medium to high travel expected across North America to engage with customers, partners, and manufacturing sites. Light travel to Europe and Asia may be required as the business expands.
