Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Receive, prioritize, and relay calls for service, alarms, and incident reports to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.; Monitor communication systems, cameras, and/or alarm platforms to help support timely awareness of security-related concerns across the location.; Maintain accurate dispatch logs, activity records, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership and/or responding personnel.; Conduct regular and random patrol coordination and status checks around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
