Avenue5 Residential - - Responsibilities: Remove trash and other debris from office areas and property perimeter on a daily basis; Assist in the preparation of market ready units; Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.; Assist with property emergencies, such as snow removal and/or other inclement weather emergencies, fires, and floods; Clean available apartments and/or model homes and common areas of the community, as directed
