Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or delivery drivers while following Allied Universal security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a residential community access point.; Control entry and exit by verifying credentials, confirming authorization, issuing visitor passes and/or instructions, and documenting visitor and vehicle activity per post orders.; Monitor gates, doors, and/or access control equipment, report malfunctions or irregular activity, and notify appropriate contacts when follow-up is needed.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and completing detailed reports.; Conduct regular and random patrols of community common areas and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage, and report maintenance concerns and unusual conditions.
