At Home - 1720 North Hardin Boulevard - Responsibilities: Build, coach, and maintain a store team to meet At Home's Vision, Mission, Values, and objectives while following company processes and policies; Recruit, interview, and hire team members to ensure a positive customer experience and train/develop them as a team; Coach and drive performance, set goals, and take follow-up actions including performance plans and corrective actions; Analyze store financial data from the scorecard, develop budgets and strategies to maximize sales and profits; Oversee visual merchandising, scheduling, and daily tasks to maintain a neat, organized store and engaging customer environment
