Manpower - - Responsibilities: Provide advanced CNC maintenance services to support production goals.; Handle equipment installation, relocation, upgrades, and repairs.; Service various types and brands of CNC machines including EDM, Wire saw, laser engraving, robot loaders, and machine tools.; Diagnose highly technical machine tool problems and lead repairs to completion.; Operate and troubleshoot electrical components, program PLC ladder logic, and coordinate with vendors for machine reliability improvements.
