The Cook Children's Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units in our Prosper medical center and our northern business operations. You will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Also, you will maintain an effective level of business literacy about our Prosper medical center and northern business operations' financial position, its organizational goals and strategic priorities. Education & Experience.
