Assist in order purchasing for food supplies as requested. Responsible for all collateral Food and Beverage day-to-day running and administration matters. Provide administrative support to the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Outlet and Restaurant Managers. Maintain up-to-date BEO menu books. Assist Director of Restaurants with Restaurant Events (REO). Track MOS audit. Coordinate Food and Beverage meetings and produce minutes. Maintain stationary supplies & proper filing systems. Ensure work area is clean and clear of standing water, debris or any objects that can obstruct the job duties from being performed safely, efficiently and effectively. Qualifications: Customer Service, prior admin experience preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Delphi or similar programs. Excellent organizational skills.
