StoneGate Senior Living, LP has an opportunity for an Office Manager. Stonegate Senior Living is headquartered in Lewisville, Texas, 25 miles north of Dallas, and provides support services to over 30 state-of-the-art senior care communities located in Texas, and Oklahoma.

The Office Manager will undertake a variety of day-to-day office and operations tasks to ensure efficiency and add maximum value to the organization. This position is an integral part of ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and successfully in supporting our business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office & Facilities Management: Act as the primary point of contact for janitorial services and building maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and functional workspace.
  • Meeting & Event Planning: Lead the logistics for internal and external meetings, including room setup, catering coordination, and technical prep.
  • Mail & Logistics: Oversee all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries; manage office supply inventory.
  • Clerical Support: Provide general administrative assistance such as data entry, accounts payable, filing, and answering general inquiries.
  • Front-of-House: Greet guests and maintain the professional appearance of common areas and conference rooms.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in office administration or facilities coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
