Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a food and beverage production and/or distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Operate the dispatch function by receiving calls for service, monitoring alarms and/or cameras, coordinating officer response, and maintaining clear radio and phone communications; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to onsite leadership and/or emergency services as needed; Complete shift activity reports, incident documentation, and dispatch logs, including tracking keys, badges, and/or access requests per site procedures; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, interior areas, loading docks, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location
