Receptionist / HR Assistant Assistant

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Front Desk Administrative Assistant to manage front desk responsibilities while collaborating with multiple departments across the organization. This role also provides support for additional functions as needed, including assisting with HR-related tasks such as event planning and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area
  • Provide administrative support to various departments
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including event planning and coordination
  • Support general office operations and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
