-Texas Sod and Landscape is seeking a dedicated Crew Leader to join our growing team! We are seeking a detail-oriented Crew Leader to manage residential maintenance routes. You will lead a 2-3 person team to provide "white-glove" service to our homeowners. The postion requires you to in the field on daily basis working along side the lawn maintenance crew. Responsibilities: Perform general lawn maintenance: mowing, edging, trimming, aerating, fertilizing, and weeding. Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery; ensure plant health and survival. Rake leaves, clear debris, and manage seasonal clean-up (snow/ice removal in winter). Operate and maintain hand tools, power equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers), and sometimes heavy machinery. Load/unload materials and equipment; drive company vehicles to job sites. Ensure all work meets safety standards and client satisfaction. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Proven experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or similar outdoor work. Valid Driver's License Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand, bend, and work outdoors in various conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
