Forklift Operator

We are seeking hardworking and safety-focused Stand-Up Reach Truck and/or Cherry Pickers Operators to join our team in Denton, TX. As a Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator, you will play a key role in our warehouse and distribution operations by safely moving products, managing inventory, and supporting daily shipping and receiving functions. Previous warehouse experience and the ability to operate material handling equipment are essential for success in this role.

Temp-to-Hire position

$ 17.50 to $ 18.50 / hour

Full Time work available

Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 04:00pm to 12:30am)

• Safely operate stand-up reach trucks and other powered industrial trucks to move product within the warehouse.
• Load, unload, and stage materials for shipment or storage.
• Use RF scanners or handheld devices to accurately track inventory movement and update systems.
• Pick, replenish, and organize inventory locations as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with safety protocols and standards.
• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to accuracy, safety, and overall warehouse efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. Experience operating stand-up reach trucks or similar material handling equipment (required). Experience using RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems is a plus.

Strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for long shifts. Reliable attendance and a team-oriented mindset.
