Maintenance Technician Opportunity

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an experienced Maintenance Technician in Lewisville, TX. As a Maintenance Technician for SURESTAFF, you will work in an industrial/manufacturing environment and be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and facility systems, including:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Electrical and electronic troubleshooting
• POS system support and troubleshooting
• Reading and interpreting schematics and technical diagrams

Previous maintenance experience is required. This position requires candidates to work independently, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and maintain a high level of safety and attention to detail.

Available shift: Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues
• Diagnose and support POS system hardware and software issues
• Read, interpret, and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Install, repair, and replace electrical components and control systems
• Maintain maintenance logs and document completed repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications of the Maintenance Technician:

• Previous maintenance technician experience (required)
• Strong electronic and electrical knowledge
• Experience working with POS systems (required)
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work extended hours as needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
