About the Role
Join our team as a Mail Clerk Specialist, where your attention to detail and accuracy will keep operations running smoothly. You'll process mail, verify checks, input data into systems, operate high-speed imaging equipment, and ensure quality at every step. This role is essential in supporting the efficient handling of sensitive documents, contributing to the success of a major financial institution.

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Available Shift Times

• 1st shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday
• 2nd shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday - Friday
• 3rd shift: 12:15AM-6:15AM, Sunday - Thursday
• Weekend Shift : Saturday & Sunday only, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Weekend Shift : Friday-Monday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare work batches by removing payments and forms from envelopes
• Input data accurately into the system following standard procedures
• Operate high-speed imaging equipment and verify check images
• Match checks to corresponding materials and validate image quality
• Work collaboratively across different production areas
• Make routine judgment calls and escalate non-routine issues
• Maintain a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Key Requirements

• Willingness to submit to fingerprinting and background checks
• Attention to detail and deadline focus
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Capacity to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Strong time management skills
