Continual sitting, reaching, and repetitive hand and arm motions. Intermittent walking the equivalent of at least one mile daily. Work outside and inside.Moderate exposure to extreme temperature (hot) and vehicle fumes. Frequent moderate lifting and carrying (up to 30 pounds).
