Under limited direction and supervision, provides support and project management of duties necessary to the delivery of best practices of HR strategies and programs within their area of expertise.
Essential Functions
- Serves as primary investigator for employee complaints, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other EEO related issues.
- Conducts thorough investigations from intake to final report, including witness interviews, data gathering, evidence collection and data analysis.
- Drafts clear, concise, and actionable investigation reports for senior leadership, HR and legal teams.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications - Master's Degree preferred
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP certification
- Demonstrated experience serving as primary investigator for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other EEO related complaints.
- Demonstrated experience conducting end-to-end investigations, including intake, interviews, evidence review, findings and closure.
- Experience managing multiple investigations at once.
- Strong writing background with demonstrated ability to draft clear, concise investigative reports for audiences at all levels of management.
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent in a related function.
Minimum Experience Three (3) years directly related experience
Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesPreferred Qualifications: Experience where primary role was investigator, strong discrimination investigation experience, strong investigative report writing experience, and EEO complaint submission experience.
