Encore Wire is one of the nation's top copper and aluminum wire manufacturers, outfitting residential, commercial and industrial spaces across the US for a customer base that would blow your mind! Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Under direction of the Company Services Supervisor, performs a broad range of custodian duties and manual work in the care and cleaning of the company headquarters building, medical clinic and/or other assigned facilities. Duties include dusting and polishing furniture, emptying trash, sweeping, cleaning surfaces and inspecting cleanliness of buildings.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

• Education: High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Experience: Experience using cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and cleaning solutions preferred.
• Ability to read and write the English language.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motion for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.

Work Environment & Physical Responsibilities:

Some duties may be required to be performed outside. Comfortable with repetitive movement, kneeling, crouching and stooping. Requires using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls.
