[Responsibilities]

- Assemble mechanical and electronic components using hand and torque tools
- Build complex units including housings, circuit cards, mirrors, motors, and optical assemblies
- Perform detailed soldering, wire sleeving, and bonding tasks with accuracy
- Inspect and repair both electrical and mechanical systems to meet strict quality standards
- Safely handle approved chemicals and maintain a clean, organized work space
- Obtain and maintain process certifications required for specialized tasks
- Cross-train across multiple production areas to support daily manufacturing needs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, cost, and schedule
- Support limited overtime as necessary to meet production goals

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Proven experience in mechanical or electronic assembly
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom and following detailed processes
- Skilled at using hand tools, torque tools, and soldering equipment
- Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity for small component work
- Ability to read and execute detailed work instructions
- Willingness to obtain and maintain necessary certifications
- Physically able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift materials as needed
- Flexible to work overtime when required

- Prior certification in assembly or manufacturing processes
- Experience with optical assemblies
- Familiarity with continuous improvement initiatives
