Option 1: Monday-Friday | 9:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Option 2: Weekend Shift | Thursday-Sunday | 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM --
Pay Rate: $20.45

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Operator to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves mechanical assembly, precision work, and adherence to strict quality and safety standards within a cleanroom setting.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with small components, following detailed instructions, and performing hands-on assembly tasks that support cost, quality, and schedule objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Assembler

• Perform mechanical assembly using various hand tools, fasteners, and precision torque tools
• Assemble machined housings, circuit cards, mirrors, motors, and optical assemblies
• Conduct soldering, repair, and inspection of electrical and mechanical systems
• Perform detailed hand manipulation including wire sleeving, soldering, and bonding materials
• Work safely with approved chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines
• Obtain and maintain required process certifications
• Cross-train in multiple production areas to support daily manufacturing needs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, cost, and schedule
• Work limited overtime as required to meet production demands

Qualifications: Assembler

• Experience in mechanical and/or electronic assembly within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict procedures
• Experience using hand tools, torque tools, and soldering equipment
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
• Willingness to obtain required certifications
• Flexible to support overtime as needed

Physical Requirements: Assembler

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
• Manual dexterity to handle small components and perform fine detail work
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
