Description:

Insight Global is seeking an Executive Assistant that will serve as a strategic partner to the President and CEO, providing high-level administrative, operational, and board support. This role requires exceptional judgment, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, highly visible environment. The ideal candidate has deep experience supporting top executives, excels at complex calendar management, and thrives in a culture built on trust, collaboration, and proactive communication. Our client is a performance improvement platform for independent healthcare systems.

This is a fully onsite role and a 6-month contract to hire.


Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars for the President and CEO, including prioritization, rescheduling, and proactive conflict resolution.
  • Interface directly with Board members, Board Executive Assistants, senior leaders, and external partners with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare, proof, and manage confidential documents and correspondence.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and President, anticipating needs and providing strategic administrative guidance.


Board & Governance Support

  • Coordinate all Board of Directors logistics: meeting planning, scheduling, agendas, pre-read distribution, and secure document handling.
  • Draft and maintain accurate Board minutes in line with governance standards.
  • Plan the annual Board retreat, including venue coordination, agenda development, and end-to-end logistics.
  • Apply Robert's Rules of Order where appropriate.


Technology & Tools

  • Utilize AI tools (required) for tasks such as drafting, summarizing, scheduling efficiency, and workflow enhancement.
  • Experience with Otter or similar transcription/confidential note tools (preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, and related productivity platforms.


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 7 to 10 years of experience supporting C‑suite executives
  • 3+ years supporting a Board of Directors, including preparing materials and drafting formal Board minutes
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Experience using AI, Microsoft Platforms and SharePoint
  • Bachelor's degree



Compensation:

$45/hr to $52/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
