Flexo Press Operator Dallas Office (Day and Night Shift)

This direct hire Flexo Press Operator position is a great opportunity for experienced operators who enjoy technical press work, mechanical troubleshooting, and taking ownership of the final printed product while earning strong pay and full benefits.

Job Type: Direct Hire

Flexo Press Operator Duties:

o Set up and operate flexographic presses by loading dies, installing print cylinders, and preparing inks

o Start and run press, adjusting speed, alignment, impression, and registration as needed

o Inspect approval strips and printed rolls for defects and make press adjustments

o Mix inks to maintain required color, viscosity, and print consistency

o Clean plates, cylinders, dies, and work areas, and perform routine press maintenance

Schedule:

o Day and Night Shift o Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.

Pay: $25$35 per hour

o Pay is based on experience

Flexo Press Operator Requirements:

o At least 5 years of flexographic narrow web press operating experience

o High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience

o Ability to perform basic math using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals

o Ability to read and interpret rulers, scales, and other measuring devices

o Ability to stand, walk between machines, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
