What Will You Be Doing? - Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Facilitate a seamless flow of customers in the reception area.
• Manage incoming phone calls by screening, forwarding, and responding to inquiries in line with National Vision standards.
• Understand managed care plans and retrieve necessary information from insurance providers as needed.
• Provide customers with accurate and basic information regarding our services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes efficiently.
• Organize and file patient records daily and prepare files for the next day's appointments.
• Check order statuses and inform customers of their orders and any delays.
• Keep the reception area clean and well-stocked with essential materials.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries while managing office supply inventory.
• Participate in scheduled team communication meetings to enhance service delivery.

Are You the Right Fit? - Candidate Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Associate, or in a similar capacity is preferred but not mandatory.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience or training is desirable.
• Familiarity with handling multiple phone lines is an advantage.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a must.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
