We're looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our Little Elm 2344 team! If you excel at communication, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and have a strong service writer background, we'd love to meet you.
Every day in our busy automotive service center brings something new. You'll play a key role in supporting customers, coordinating service needs, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, managing service requests, and maintaining strong client relationships
Ensure all repair and maintenance work is completed accurately and on schedule
Support team members by sharing best practices for boosting sales and improving customer experience
Oversee daily service department operations to maintain workflow and efficiency
Manage service documentation, including repair orders, maintenance records, invoices, and manuals. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
Valid state‑issued driver's license with a clean driving record
Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive service writer or service advisor
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair processes, and technician duties
